Overall quality of the work that was done was great, however the associate Dayvid did not have great customer service. His overall attitude was very annoyed and was trying to upsell before we even physically showed him the area needing help. His overall attitude was that he did not want to really do anything that day, and just have us do the $1200 service. Dayvid was annoyed that he drove here from Whittier to Redondo. His overall tone was condescending and not friendly. We stated that we did not have approval to spend the $1200, therefore we went with the regular snake, and he was able to resolve the issue, and remove what caused the issue. He then arrived again a day later and stated he had approval to do the $1200 service, and we were not aware. He was not happy having to wait to do the additional job. However, job was eventually completed.
